The study analyzed long-term real-world data from patients treated with medical cannabis via the metered-dose SyqeAir Inhaler, focusing on treatment effectiveness, safety, sleep outcomes, and pharmacokinetic parameters. By using a single, standardized cannabis cultivar and a measured Δ9-THC dose, the study aimed to isolate sex-related differences while minimizing variability in product composition and administration.
