Syqe®‘s first study explored the ability of our Inhaler to control the dose of THC administered to patients. The SyqeAir Inhaler is a medical inhaler designed to reduce chronic neuropathic pain with medical cannabis.
Determining a metered dose for medical cannabis treatment is a significant challenge. This is probably why doctors (who are used to precise drug dosing) are reluctant to prescribe medical cannabis treatment to their patients. Therefore, our first study examined whether metered and low doses of Δ9-THC allow for dose-dependent pain reduction of chronic neuropathic pain without significant adverse events.
